1. Regulatory Compliance & FSSAI Licensing

We operate in full compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and the regulations framed thereunder by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) under Registration/License Number 11518040000533.

All packaged foods, diabetic essentials, herbal teas, health supplements, and organic products available in our store are procured directly from certified manufacturers, authorized brand distributors, or FSSAI-compliant producers.

2. Quality & Authenticity Warranty

We hereby certify that all food items sold through our physical store and website are warranted to be of the nature, quality, and substance which they purport to be. We strictly do not stock or deliver expired, substandard, or spurious products.

3. Storage, Hygiene & Expiry Management

• Hygienic Storage: All items are stored in clean, well-ventilated, pest-controlled, and temperature-appropriate storage spaces at our facility in Sangli.
• Fresh Stock (FIFO): We adhere to strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory controls so that you always receive fresh stock with adequate shelf-life.
• Tamper-Evident Packaging: Packages are packed securely with tamper-resistant protection to protect against moisture, dust, and handling damage during transit.

4. Food Returns, Replacements & Hygiene Standards

Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of food and nutritional items, strict health and hygiene rules apply:

• Eligible for Replacement/Refund: If your order arrives with a damaged or broken seal, physical transit damage, defective packaging, wrong item, or past its expiration date. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the delivered parcel.
• Non-Returnable: For public health and hygiene safety, opened food packets, unsealed containers, or partially consumed goods cannot be returned or refunded once accepted.

5. Dietary & Allergen Guidance

While we specialize in diabetic-friendly, low-glycemic, and sugar-free foods, individual dietary needs and tolerances vary. Customers are encouraged to read the detailed ingredient list, allergen warnings (nuts, gluten, dairy, soy), and nutritional facts printed on each product package before consumption.
